Auto-posting the weekly schedule

When does it post?

A new schedule message gets sent when a new schedule is posted on the Neurocord (with a bit of delay).
The bot keeps only the latest schedule message up to date / in sync with the Neurocord schedule.
- If there is a new schedule before the current schedule is over and sticky-message is enabled, the bot keeps both messages in sync (ping gets sent when the new schedule is posted).
  If sticky-message is disabled, the bot updates the message to the new schedule when the week is over (ping gets sent with it).

Configure where the weekly schedule appears.

Option	Meaning
`channel`	Target channel for schedule embed
`ping-role`	Role to ping when a new weekly schedule drops (Monday UTC)
`sticky-message`	Re-use one message for the whole schedule (false by default)

Remove all schedule settings.
